• Credits never expire once purchased
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

Payment Processing

• Prices are subject to change with notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use BeatATS for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage our service. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our technology

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Limitations

• Elimination of all resume formatting issues
• Continuous availability of all features

Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital service, all sales are final. However, we may provide refunds in exceptional circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing service use within 7 days of purchase
• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Service failures on our end that cannot be resolved

Account Termination
